We had invited a coworker of mine with us for lunch and he was equally impressed with this location and the staff. I had the brisket, cornbread, baked beans and collards. Japanese-inspired flavors that nod to the origin of the Cherry Blossoms come alive at our restaurant, Dovetail. The staff were very friendly. I had the brisket and it was the best I have had in a decade.
